| Cocktail Design Process for Web Design:
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: FNC
will provide the following consulting services:
- Domain Registration:
register your_company_name.com with the Internic
domain registrar for one year.
- Website Host:
host website at the following url, www.your_company_name.com For an
online store, there are two options:
 | For eCommerce
capabilities, client can have FNC process the clients’ customer payments.
(FNC will provide monthly accounting of orders taken) |
| For eCommerce
capabilities, client can apply for a merchant account to process credit
card payments. (FNC will provide all the needed information to apply for
account) |
An online
Shopping cart will be installed to assist potential customers to buy products
from client. All orders will be sent directly to client and it is up to the
client to ship product to customer.
- Website Design (up to 4
pages) &/or Web Makeover (of an existing site): Client will need to
provide a current brochure of information and a catalog of products to be
transferred onto website. All photos and graphics provided will be optimized
to work on the web. Photographing individual products will be billed
separately at an hourly rate.
- Working Web Model:
After initial website is delivered to Client, client will be walked
through current marketing process and their processes will be converted into
an Internet Marketing process.
- Internet Marketing
Plan: This plan will identify the current needs of the client and
result in a report that identifies activities over the next year to market
over the Internet, for the mentioned facilities.
- Website Maintenance:
Web content changes/updates will consist of up to 10 hours per quarter of
time spent updating webpage content. Additional hours will be billed
separately at $30.00 hr.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: Client
will pay compensation to FNC a rate of:

| Annual Hosting Fee:
$120.00 ($240 for services with an eCommerce shopping cart) |
The total of $570.00 ($690)
will be payable in two parts with half $285.00 ($345) up front for domain
registration & annual domain hosting and the remainder payable upon delivery
of the website.
A maintenance contract of
$140.00 per quarter may be added to the contract, payable quarterly, to
maintain and change web content, up to 10 hours per quarter. |
